The rooms can be rented for a day, half a day and per
hour (with a minimum of 3 hours).
Please note that our rooms are no party rooms, and they are only available till
23h!
On arrival we ask a deposit of €50 for the use of the
conference rooms.
All three rooms are equipped with a flipchart (you can
bring your own paper or otherwise you can buy them at the reception). If you
wish you can rent an LCD projector,
DVD player or sound reinforcement. If you need a computer, you must bring it
yourself. Given our competitive rates, we ask you to set up the room yourself
and to clean it up afterwards.
Catering
Coffee/tea breaks,
Lunch: buffet lunch, surprise breads or sandwiches.
Dinner: hot meal, dish of the day or surprise breads
Everything is charged at the usual, democratic rates .
All meals are served in buffet style. External catering is not allowed.
Groups consisting of more than 15 persons with half
board can use the meeting rooms free of charge (depending on availability and
in proportion of the size of the group). It is best to mention this immediately
with your reservation.
Groups consisting of more than 15 persons, who only sleep
here, can rent the meeting rooms at 50% of the price (depending on availability
and in proportion of the size of the group).
