Meeting rooms in the Leuven Hostel
|
|
The
Leuven Hostel has three fully equipped meeting rooms available for guests and
others. They can be rented for a full day, half a day and per hour (minimum 3
hours). Our meeting rooms are no party halls, however, and can only be used
until 11pm at the latest. More

Small Room, maximum capacity 25 persons
The
Large Room, maximum capacity 35 persons
The
Resto Room, maximum capacity 60 persons
All three
meeting rooms are spacious and boast modern furniture. A white board and a
projection screen are available in the small and large rooms, and a paper
board is available in the mega room. A video or DVD player, sound
amplification (both for music and speech) and an LCD projector can be rented
at a small extra charge. If necessary, please bring your own laptop. We ask
you to arrange and clean up the meeting rooms yourself, considering our low rates. Catering A variety
of catering options exists, ranging from soft drinks over bread meals to warm
dinners. These are charged at the usual, democratic rates. All meals are served
in buffet style. We do not allow external catering. Groups
consisting of more than 15 persons can use the meeting rooms free of charge,
depending on availability. Reservations are strongly recommended.
